Main Parameters
The cookie dough mixer is designed for the production of cookies and soft biscuits. It is suitable for mixing food materials that requires fast and even mixing, such as chocolate, jam and slurry.
Wire cut cookie depositor is mainly used for the forming of oil-rich cookies.
The automatic dough feeder is mainly used to break up bulk dough from the mixer into smaller dough and feed them into wire-cut cookie machine or rotary molders. It is fully automatic.
